Cleveland Tank Moves To All-New State-Of-The-Art Production Facility
Cleveland Tank is excited to announce that we have officially relocated to a brand-new state-of-the-art facility! Our previous building lacked the capacity and capability to meet our growing needs. As a result, we built a new 60,000 sq.ft. facility in Bedford, Ohio to expand our operations and accommodate our growth.
An investment of this size and significance presents new opportunities to our customers. Production capacity will increase, allowing us to manufacture more tanks. It will also enable our production team to build larger tank quantities for our original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), bigger tanks for plus-sized applications and take on additional unique tank projects.
With an increase in production capacity, we will also be able to improve upon our already industry-best lead times. The ability to manufacture more diesel and hydraulic tanks with shorter turnaround times gives us a major advantage over our competitors.
Cleveland Tank’s new facility also more than doubles our inventory space, increasing the number of aftermarket tanks and tank accessories we have readily available in-stock for immediate shipment.
The new “Tank” headquarters will also better equip us to serve our customers. Engineering services have expanded to increase our OEM capabilities and aftermarket tank offerings. Our enlarged shipping and receiving department have increased the number of tanks we package and ship each day, and the expanded powder coating line accommodates larger tanks and has increased our coating speed capacity.

Cleveland Tank, the mid-west’s leading diesel tank manufacturer and supplier, is excited to announce the addition of a new aftermarket replacement diesel tank.
Designed and engineered to fit IC/IHC/International bus and school bus applications, the all-new RS15100CC-58 is DOT-approved, has a 100-gallon capacity and is a direct-fit replacement for OEM tanks with the following numbers: 4036106C91 and 4039106C92.
The high-quality replacement tank is made from heavy-duty mild-grade steel for strength and durability, has a durable black powder coat finish for years of long-lasting corrosion protection and measures 72 inches in length, 25 inches in width and 15.25 inches in height.
The RS15100CC-58 comes complete with a magnetic drain plug, rollover protection vent, vent tubing, fuel cap, drawtube, return, equalizer fittings and sending unit flange. Mounting brackets, mounting straps and rubber bracket and strap insulators are also available to ease with installation.
