Engineering

Certifying
The trust you put in Cleveland Tank will allow you to manufacture vehicles and equipment that are safe and legal
regardless of application. We understand and manufacture to the appropriate Federal Regulations that govern fuel tanks. We can also help you determine by which regulations your application is covered. We have extensive experience with side-mount and non-side-mount certifications and can provide required drop testing to certify new designs to FMSCA standards.
Manufacturing
With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience, Cleveland Tank has developed advanced production techniques required for initial and repeatable processes. From machining and fabricating to fitting and welding, every OEM and specialty tank is hand made by a team of expert technicians. We have a variety of materials available to meet OEM needs, including steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Plus, we can produce any mounting bracket, strap or hardware that may be required.
Finishing
When it comes to finishes, Cleveland Tank provides a variety of superior quality coatings for original equipment
manufacturers. We take great pride in producing tanks with quality finishes and have worked diligently to develop an advanced powder coat system and acid wash operation within our facility. Our industry leading powder coating
professionals and acid washing experts consistently deliver quality coatings and finishes to all our OEM and specialty tanks.
