Our replacement fuel tank mounting kits are cost-effective solutions when replacing or installing fuel tanks. These kits come with three mounting brackets, three mounting straps and three rolls of rubber insulator. Featuring a J-shaped design specifically engineered to support cylindrical-shaped fuel tanks, the fuel tank mounting brackets are hand-made from high-strength steel and have a durable gloss black powder coat finish. The upgraded mounting straps are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long lasting performance and come with preinstalled zinc-plated hardware, including T-bolts, nylon lock nuts and washers. Our extra-thick insulators eliminate vibration to prevent tank chafing. They’re made from heavy-duty rubber, measure 10 ft. in length and are easy to cut to fit. This kit includes two rolls with a self-adhesive backing for installation on the fuel tank mounting brackets and one roll with a C-channel design to installation on the fuel tank mounting straps.
