Cleveland Tank is excited to announce we’re moving to a new facility in August 2024! With tank demand at an all-time high, we have reached maximum capabilities and capacity in our current location. Our new headquarters is over 60,000 sq.ft. and is currently under construction. It’s coming along very quickly! We shared some images above so you can follow along with construction progress.
An investment of this size and significance presents several new opportunities to our customers. Our production capacity will increase allowing us to manufacture more tanks. Our production team will be able to build higher quantities of tanks for our OEMs, bigger tanks for large applications and take on additional unique tank projects.
Our production capacity increase will also help us improve upon our already industry leading lead times. The ability to manufacture more diesel and hydraulic tanks in shorter window of time gives us a major advantage of our competitors.
The new facility will also more than double our inventory space increasing the number of aftermarket replacement tanks we have readily available in stock for immediate shipment.
The new “Tank” headquarters will also better equip us to serve you, our customer. Our engineering services expansion
will increase our OEM capabilities and aftermarket replacement tank offerings, the enlarged shipping and receiving
department will increase the number of tanks we can package and ship each day, our expanded powder coating line will
increase our tank size and coating speed capacity and much, much more!
During the transition to our new location, production will be limited July 22, 2024 through August 9, 2024. As a result of this adjustment, lead times have been temporarily extended to 10 weeks to as a precautionary step to prevent disturbances. Please be advised and plan accordingly.
To our aftermarket customers, aftermarket tank and tank accessory production has been increased to ensure we have the inventory to meet demand during this period of limited production capacity.
To our OEM customers, we strongly advise you expedite any foreseeable needs and requirements to prevent production and shipping delays during our operation adjustments.
